Allison Land Surveys Limited has been operating in the Hants, HRM and Colchester areas for over 30 years. Our company has evolved from a small proprietorship to a full-service land surveying company located at 205 Highway 214 in Elmsdale and 30 Duke Street, Unit GR-9, Truro. We have a full-time staff of 5 people which increases during peak periods as work requires.

We are very involved with local developers and individual clients to guide them through the various processes in achieving subdivision or development approvals.
